About Clubzy
Clubzy is operated by Mullens Ltd and is being developed as a club management platform for organisations, their staff, members, parents and guardians.
Information we may process
Depending on how Clubzy is used, information may include account details, contact information, membership information, class and attendance records, communications and payment-related records. Clubzy will not display or store full card details directly where payment processing is provided by an authorised payment provider.
Why information is used
Information may be used to provide the Clubzy service, administer accounts, support organisations and members, process or record payments, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
Your organisation
For information entered into Clubzy by a club or activity provider, that organisation may have its own responsibilities as a data controller. Members should also review their organisation's privacy information.
