Terms of service
The terms that will govern access to and use of Clubzy.
Pre-launch notice: These are placeholder terms for the development site and are not the final customer contract. Full reviewed terms will be published before organisations are onboarded.
The service
Clubzy is a software platform intended to help organisations manage members, classes, attendance, payments, communications and related administration.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for using Clubzy only through access granted to them. Organisation administrators are responsible for managing appropriate staff access.
Pricing
The intended Clubzy software model is no setup fee and no monthly software fee, with a platform fee of 2.2% + VAT on transactions processed through Clubzy. Separate payment-provider charges may apply. Final commercial terms will be confirmed before onboarding.
Acceptable use
Clubzy must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with the service, to gain unauthorised access, or to upload content the user does not have the right to process.
Availability and changes
Clubzy is currently under development. Features, availability and these interim terms may change before commercial launch.
